Shipping policy

At Price Tag ATL, we work to get your order out as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and accepted. Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, special releases, holidays, or for certain items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Price Tag ATL. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect address information, or other issues outside of our control may occur.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Price Tag ATL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Price Tag ATL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
